My Walk with God
Dana has been married to her husband Todd since 1989, and together they have five grown children and five grandchildren. She has always attended church, but it was in 1999 that Christ reached into her heart and made her His own. Since then, she has studied the Bible and grown and grown, and she still has growing to do, as we all do this side of heaven, to be more like Christ.
As a teenager, Dana once hid from her own mother after doing something she was ashamed of, tucked away on the basement steps, listening as her mom searched the house and called her name. Eventually, dirty and worn out from crying, she came out. Her mother just held her.
It’s the same instinct Dana believes most of us carry with God: when we feel unworthy, we hide, instead of coming out into arms that were never going anywhere.

More About Dana
Beyond her ministry work, Dana is a devoted wife, mother of five, and proud grandmother of five. She serves faithfully at Risen Hope Baptist Church, where she helps and encourages others in their walk with Christ. Her life reflects a deep love for family, faith, and the joy that comes from living each day centered on God’s Word.
